Kerry is often inspired by the beauty found in the everyday items and occurrences that often go unnoticed – a pile of rocks, the folds in a discarded piece of paper, rust on a highway overpass. She uses layers of colors and stark contrast to bring her creations to life. While Kerry has been creating art for “pretty much forever”, she officially earned her B.F.A. from Eastern Michigan University with a concentration in Watercolor. When not at The Paint and Pour, Kerry creates custom pet portraits.
